TemptationReferral.com respects the privacy of travelers who use this site or contact our referral concierge. This policy explains the limited information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you request help, we may collect your name, email address, travel dates, group size, budget range, resort preferences, and the message you submit. Our security controls may temporarily process your IP address and technical request information to prevent spam and abuse.

How We Use Information

• Respond to quote and planning requests.
• Recommend resorts, rooms, promotions, and official booking pathways.
• Provide pre-arrival support when requested.
• Protect the site, diagnose delivery problems, and prevent misuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Service Providers and External Sites

We use Cloudflare and iNetPanel hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the site, and Google Workspace to receive email. If you choose WhatsApp or follow an official booking, transfer, insurance, or cruise link, that provider processes information under its own privacy policy. Partner links may identify TemptationReferral.com as the referring partner.

Cookies

The site uses a temporary, strictly necessary session cookie for contact-form security. Language selection is stored in the page URL, not a tracking cookie. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site analytics cookies.

Retention and Security

Inquiry email is retained only as long as reasonably needed for trip support, business records, and applicable legal obligations. If primary email delivery fails, an encrypted-transport fallback copy may be stored outside the public website for up to 30 days so the inquiry is not lost. We use access controls, request limits, transport encryption, and security monitoring to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. You can also contact us without using the web form.

Adults Only

Our referral service is intended for travelers age 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
